Former Acadian recording artist Bree Harlow, now performing as Bree Fondacaro, has been selected for the blind audition round of NBC’s The Voice. She is an incredibly talented singer and we have no doubt the judges will see, or rather hear, in her what we did. While we’re not sure if she’s been selected yet, all of us here at Arcadian are hoping she goes with local Orange County music icon Gwen Stefani. What ever her path may be, we wish her all the luck advancing through the competition. We took a chance on her because of her ability to move a room with her voice and know that The Voice judges will be compelled to do the same. Good Luck, Bree!

The Voice airs on NBC Monday & Tuesday 8/7c

The forthcoming Arcadian Records EP release of California Reggae artist, Jeff Martin, has a date and a title. The three song EP by the Southern California musician marks his debut into the music world as a solo artist. Martin previously held the role of lead guitar and song writer for the So Cal Hardcore band No Windows. After they disbanded, Jeff returned to writing songs that spoke to him on a more personal level. He began writing songs from the moment he got his a guitar. Martin was drawn to the reggae and punk that became the sound track to his youth. Inspired by Sublime, NoFx, Slightly Stoopid, and Roots Reggae, Martin has crafted a sound that blends his inspirations wonderfully. He emotes lyrics that root him in family, love, loss, and addiction. Look for Jeff Martin’s debut EP Irie Me available everywhere digitally on August 30th.
